Most of the food was good, but my cinnamon twists tasted moldy and were gross!!!!!

Came here just passing through... It's hard to find a taco bell that does a good mexican pizzia anymore (I promise it's like an art form) but they nailed it. The team was kind, competent, and served the order astonishingly quick.

Service was slow that day but the food was good

Food took a while to get thru the drive thru My order was wrong and didn't realize til I was back on the road. They however did fix it which was great

The human at the pos was super friendly

Got a dozen nacho doritos loco taco supremes; all the shells were stale.

I didn't think I could find a slower taco Bell than the one in Burley but I did! Training people on a Saturday night at 8:30 that's not a good idea of managements. The shift lead was working steamer... I worked that job at a high volume location for 3 years. you move your hands faster when you know where the items are and you're training. it's really not that hard. Plus the bean burrito looked like it got wrapped with somebody's feet. I'd do 1 star but the rattlesnake burrito was on point.

Traveling in our 5rh wheel back to Boise, thought the dining room was open again as of yesterday after some of the Covid-19 restrictions were lifted but only drive-though or delivery. We are a tad too big for the drive-though so I called and the staff took my order over the phone and we paid at the main entrance. Thank you Taco Bell. You made our day!!

I got the Steak Power Menu Bowl with no cheese. It was pretty good other than there were some dark green, wilted lettuce and something crunchy which wasnt the tortilla chips. I'm guessing that it was undercooked rice. Other than that, it wasnt a bad fast food salad.

I don't get what is wrong with this location? I swear they take zero pride when making their food! The last 3 times there my food looks like it's put together by a child! I'm talking about grillers that the tortilla isn't even closed all the way and minimal food in them i'm eating mostly tortilla! Step it up!

30 min waiting for food, they screwed up our order TWICE. Took another 10 minutes to do a refund. If I could only give . 5 star I would

Food tasted good and the staff was friendly. I did have an issue with my order and they resolved it beyond my expectations and I am very impressed by that. Mistakes can happen anywhere but not everywhere handles it as well as they did.

It's fast, convenient Americanized Mexican food.

I can't put zero stars because there is no options, however worst experience at Taco Bell ever off the freeway in Jerome. They need more training. PLEASE OKAY I HAD TO PUT ONE STOP CUZ I COULDN'T PUT 0

Google says they close at 2 am and I drove there and they closed early. I got there at 1:21am and it was closed

food was good but, waited 16 minutes for 2 grillers

Order was right in a timely manner.

The food was ok, not the freshest. It was very obvious the soft taco I got had been made long before i ordered it because the tortilla had hard bits on the sides. The rest was good and weren't cheap with the meats.

They messed up my food so remade my order messed that up as well George i believe is a manager got rude with me i go there a lot but after this i will never go back my food was so hard that i couldnt eat it

I dont know who was working this evening, we didnt ask names, but they were AMAZING. Best experience of my life at a Taco Bell, or fast food in general!! Thank you for that!!

I love taco bell. They have the best food

Just your run of the mill Taco Bell. Customer Service was as expected--nothing special. But no one was rude or unkind in any way, so I guess that's good. Food was good as usual. Store was clean enough not to be a problem. Some tables could have been wiped down better. Overall, a good Taco Bell, newly constructed in a less busy part of town.

One of the best and fastest taco bells I've ever been too.

Went in with a friend and her niece. Had to listen to employees complain that they couldn't hear each other over the normal level of noise that comes from conversation during meals. If they wanted a quiet place to meet they should have gone into the office, not sat down at a table during lunch rush.

Good food. Clean restaurant. Nice crew members.

Not sure if it was an off day or shift change but customer service was off. I had to remind them they had not gotten our beverages and the employee had already marked the order as complete so he had no clue what we ordered for beverages. We had to use the kiosk because no one was manning the register. The gentleman that came in after us stood for almost 10 minutes at the counter without being helped. He finally spoke up asking if they were even taking customers in the store or if he had to try the drive through. Bit they did get our order correct so that is a plus.

Had a great experience at this location. Sebastian was awesome and the rest of the crew was friendly and quick! They make a great cheesey gordita crunch here.

It took a few years to get the right people working together but they finally got the right combination and have amazing service. Service is quick and friendly and the food is of great quality.

Good place, good food, speedy service, one complaint, bathroom light timer is short and bathroom lights can turn off when you need them.

Enjoy the technology upgrade of the screens to sit and decide what to get and it's super easy to make substitutions or modifications. Place is clean and staff are friendly.

If I could no star this place I would. Took forever to get the attention of the people behind the counter to take my order. Waited a pretty long time for my two bean burritos, then they were mostly tortilla and almost no beans.

They forgot half our food and messed up 2 bean burritos...While there, we observed them get 7 different people's orders wrong. The employees are very nice but they need a competent manager to train them properly.

Horrible service every time. Only go there on a rare occasion when my husband wants it.

Yolo is not the saying for this place, they took good time and actually made them good.

Don't go late or if u do Lower your expectations of quality service or accurate order fulfilment

Love Mexican food

Out of multiple menus items, decided to order a number 1 because they didn’t have the other three things I wanted. Took 15 minutes to get our food @ 4 in the afternoon. Missing items and most food was cold.

Taco bell is occasionally out of the flavors of freezes but other then that I have consistent experiences with this location highly recommended

Me like ur tacos the meat is cooked nicely and has a nice flavor to it so yeh.
